Our hours of operation are from 07:00am – 10:30pm, with your personalised care calls arranged for 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes as many times a day as required.

These can include:

• Social escorts 4 you;
• Hospital escorts 4 you;
• Assistance with direct payments

Once you call we would be happy to assist you with any day-to-day tasks you require.

For your peace of mind we operate an electronic monitoring system, that is from 0800 number in your home at no cost to you. This ensures that staff are monitored, recording that they have been at the correct call.
