Team Leaders

Working closely with the Care Co-ordinator, and Training manager our team leaders are responsible for the day to day management of the support workers to ensure that they are fully briefed on the customers needs. The team leaders are responsible for the preparation of the individual support plans these are produced in conjunction with our customers and are designed to ensure that the care provided is bespoke to the individual.

As you would expect the care industry is highly regulated, and a key function of our team leaders is regular customer and staff reviews.

Our Support Workers

All our support workers are carefully selected and we invite our service users to help with the recruitment process.

Those who receive our home care service are the best at staff selection.

All our staff are put through a training programme and personal development schedule within CARE4YOU, they undergo a minimum foundation training of 8 weeks which includes manual handling, infection control, and person centred care, then progress to NVQ levels 2 and 3 in care.
